This is one creative custom bodykit - transforming a normal Honda Jazz into a Lamborghini Aventador. The owner did not try to replicate something it is not, but instead replicated a cute / mini version of the Lamborghini Aventador. It seems like nearly the whole Honda Jazz has been transformed, including a wide-body kit that created a vent on the side, because what is a Lamborghini Aventador without a vent? The estimated cost of this conversion should be nearly equivalent to the Honda Jazz itself, though don't be surprised if it costs more!

Proton Waja converted to BMW 5-Series M5 custom bodykit
At a glance, this looks like a E60 BMW 5-series. However, the lights and bonnet gave everything away. The owner has managed to kept everything clean and tidy, which is definitely a plus. Unlike most cars with custom bodykit, this Waja convert BMW isn't all show and no go; powering this car is a Mitsubishi 4G93 turbo GSR from the Lancer CMA5A, with Toyota supercharged pistons and port & polished engine head. It seems like everyone is trying to look like a BMW; we have a BMW E36 that tries to look like a E46, a BMW e36 coupe with a E60 custom bodykit, and previously we also have a Waja with a BMW custom bodykit.

BMW 3-Series Modification - E36 Convert to E46 Body Kit
At one glance, you would think this is a BMW 3-Series E46. However, upon closer inspection, this appears to be a BMW 3-series E36 modified and converted to a E46 look. This conversions is so comprehensive, it literally had the whole E46 front bonnet, fenders, headlamp, and bumpers replacing the E36's squarish body parts. The rear of this E36 is also fully converted to a E46's; from the E46 tail lights, bumpers and an E46 generation AC-Schnitzer ducktail spoiler. From the side though, you could clearly tell that it is a E36, as the squarish profile remains unchanged. I personally feel that if he wanted an E46 so badly, he could have just sold his E36 and use the modification fund to buy a real E46 3-series. Maybe he wants to be different? What do you guys think?

Mercedes-Benz SLK170 convert SLK171 Facelift - Custom Bodykit & Grille!
The Mercedes-Benz R170 is a beautiful car; first introduced in 1996, it was produced till 2004 before being replaced by the next generation Mercedes-Benz SLK R171 (2004-2010). The R170 was a car in its own league, setting the standards for Mercedes and competing heads on with other 2 seater roadsters like the Mazda MX5. The R170 Mercedes-Benz was well known for its vario roof, a hard top folding roof that transforms the sexy SLK coupe into a convertible.
The R171 came in 2004 with a very distinctive design, featuring the trademarked Mercedes-Benz logo resting along the Formula 1 inspired bonnet. Here we have a R170 owner who wanted the distinctive R171 grille, and he did just that with a customized "facelift"! Head on after the jump for more extreme Mercedes-Benz R170 conversions and bodykits!

Volvo 740 Convert to Rolls Royce Phantom
Volvo 740 Convert to Rolls Royce Phantom? Well, close enough! I'm not sure if it is a Volvo 740, 850 or 940 (Volvo enthusiasts, you tell me!), but it looks closer to a Volvo 740. From several feet away, this Volvo looks like a Rolls Royce Phantom! However the rear gives it away totally, as it doesn't get any extravagant body kit makeover like the front.
Sporting a set of 18 or 19 inch rims, this Volvo cum Rolls Royce Phantom has a nice stance, with the rims neatly tucked inside the wide fender flares. The owner has done a pretty clean job, and the whole car is finished in a shade similar to Lamborghini orange.

Wonder what is under the hood? a 1JZ or 2JZ Supra engine, or the Volvo B230FT turbocharged engine? It does have a pretty big exhaust muffler! What do you think about this modified Volvo 740? Leave your comments below!
A Volvo 740 which the heavily body kitted Rolls Royce "replica" car is based on.
The real deal; the front of this Volvo 740 looks really similar to the Rolls Royce Phantom, missing only the Rolls Royce emblem and some dimensional shortcomings whilst maintaining the classic Volvo square elements.
About the Volvo 740 (What I think about it):
Produced from 1984-1992, the Volvo 740 did not enjoy the cult status attained by the Volvo 200 series (think Volvo 240) in Malaysia. The performance of the Volvo 740 is abysmal (except for the turbo versions and modified ones); 0-100km/h will leave you enough time to comment on this blogpost. If you get a poorly maintained unit, be prepared to visit petrol stations more often than you'd like. On the bright side, a decent condition used unit could be had for RM3,000 to RM9,000 (as of 2014). Most Volvo 740 in Malaysia sports the natural aspirated B200 or B230 engines, with a few rare ones equipped with the bullet proof B230 turbocharged version. Many turbocharged 740 versions are transplanted from the later Volvo 940 turbos. Perhaps one of the last generation of "true" square design from Volvo, the 740 looks very much like a 1980s Lincoln Town Car.

1990s Proton Saga convertible and Proton Saga Iswara station wagon
A custom made 1990s Proton Saga convertible. Not sure if this can be categorised as a convertible as there does not seem to be any mechanism to bring up a roof. Anyone have the whole story behind this Proton Saga with its roof removed?
How about a Proton Saga Iswara station wagon? This one looks like it was nicely done!
And another Proton Iswara convertible, but this time for autoshow purpose.

Proton Saga FL/FLX/BLM to BMW M3 E92
You have seen it all, Proton Saga BLM to Subaru Impreza WRX STI, Replica Proton R3 conversions, Proton Saga FLX Thai Expo style body kits, various insane body kit conversion and wide body kits. How about something refreshing, a Proton Saga BLM converted to a BMW M3, with a Toyota Altezza style rear? Kudos to the owner!

Proton Wira modified into BMW
![]() |
| Proton Wira to BMW 3 Series conversion. Very intense! |
If you look closely, this is actually a Proton Wira and not a BMW 3 series E46! The owner somehow managed to integrate the BMW bonnet, signature BMW kidney grille, E46 bumpers, and also the 3 series head lights. However, upon closer inspection, the headlights appear to be Proton Wira headlights with shrouds and eyelids to give the illusion of a 3 series headlamp. The wide body fender arches resemble those found on DTM touring cars. I wouldn't recognize this is a Proton Wira except through the A,B, and C pillars.
To each his own, this owner definitely has put a lot of effort in this modification. You also have to admit this is a great change from the usual Mitsubishi EVO conversions that we have seen so often on Proton Wiras !
I would love to see how the rear looks like! Could it be as intensive as the front fascia?

Toyota IQ with GTR R35 wide body conversion
While most people with body kit conversions tries to modify them to replicate another car (possibly hoping to trick people), the Toyota IQ with a Nissan GTR R35 conversion does not actually pretend to be a GTR 35. Instead, it fascinates passer-bys with its cute outlook and un-proportionate dimensions, achieving the same effect a baby would have on women. Continue reading for more baby GTR pictures!

Proton Saga FL R3 Custom Bodykit
Check out this sweet R3 custom made body kit! Front bumper has its design from a Satria Neo R3 lower bumper. Very good workmanship and well integrated, no signs of Ah Beng (rice) detected. I would have believed it if you told me this came stock from the factory!
Check out the R3 rims! This rims actually remind me of Nissan GTR's rim! The design is almost similar. The offset and stance suits the Proton Saga FL / FLX very well.
One little quirk; the bumper isn't aligned properly at the number plate area, you can see there is a slight curve and gap on the right. Could be an angle problem though. Overall this is a very sporty bumper! Hope they have PU versions for sale soon :).
