Fiat 127 Concept: Classical Modern

First introduced in 1971, the Fiat 127 was a replacement for the Fiat 850. It was produced till 1983, where it was replaced by the Fiat Uno. Though you may not see any Fiat 127 in Malaysia, it is still relatively popular as a classic collective in Europe. Luckily for those that did not live in the era to own one, the Fiat 127 has been redesigned; with good proportions, clean and simple lines, the Fiat 127 aims to transition into the modern world while maintaining its retro look.

Built on the same platform as the Fiat Punto and Alfa Romeo MiTo, this concept Fiat 127 was designed by David Obendorfer (who also designed the Renault 4 concept). While the chances of this great looking Fiat 127 concept to be made into production remains to be seen, without a doubt the world is waiting for another remake of the classic Fiat 127.

Perhaps a Mini Cooper contender?
